Chip is currently Chairman of Marine Group Boat Works and Fasthouse. He is also actively involved in a few special advisory roles and on the boards of a number of his holdings. Melinda Besse is an entrepreneur, investor, and wellness advocate with a diverse track record spanning hospitality, education, and experiential business. After graduating from Florida State University, she spent six years in London honing her marketing expertise at Fusion Marketing, working with luxury clients before transitioning to an in-house role at Cannizaro House Hotel. In 2008, she followed her entrepreneurial instincts to Winter Park, Colorado, where she built and scaled a multi-location snowmobile operation before pivoting to the wellness industry — acquiring the Boulder Massage Therapy Institute and later a boutique retreat hotel in Todos Santos, Mexico, now known as Tribu Life. Melinda brings a rare combination of operational grit, authentic brand-building, and personal passion for wellness and community to everything she builds.
