In addition to our own investments, we selectively take on advisory roles for a small number of situations each year. This work is almost always for people we’ve known for a long time — past partners, friends, or trusted confidants — or in special situations where we believe our experience can make a meaningful difference. Typical engagements include helping owners sell their businesses, leading restructurings, or navigating complex special situations where the path forward isn’t obvious.

We don’t run a traditional advisory business with a big client list or marketing team. Instead, we only step in when we feel we can truly add value based on what we’ve lived through ourselves — buying, building, fixing, and sometimes selling companies across multiple industries.
